Most companies that develop business software prioritize execution, devoting little time and effort to the design phase and understanding the client’s needs. NeuralSoft’s Professional Services team has spent over thirty years refining its implementation methodologies, achieving increasingly effective results. Backed by this experience, we have developed three proven alternative methodologies to adapt the implementation process to each company’s specific context:

  • Express Implementation

Ideal for SMBs implementing management software for the first time. The system is configured based on the client’s requirements and on our know-how and experience, which guide us toward best practices for each activity. This methodology is generally implemented in less time than others. In the future, the client has the option to engage a second implementation phase to further adapt MyLogic to the specific characteristics of their operations and to their experience using the system.

  • Agile Implementation

A methodology inspired by the concept of incremental or iterative implementation. Designed for clients who want to take advantage of a new system implementation to review, redefine, and improve their processes—combining their specific knowledge with NeuralSoft’s know-how in their particular industry to fully leverage the software’s potential.

This methodology is especially well-suited to SMBs with growth projections, particularly in today’s dynamic and constantly evolving global business environment. It allows the system to be used in early stages of the project.

It consists of successive sprints (short stages), where the initial configuration focuses on the minimum essential functionalities needed to start using the system. In subsequent sprints or increments, based on the client’s usage experience, new functionalities are configured, and existing configurations are refined or improved.

Adaptability to change and faster return on investment are the fundamental pillars of agile project management.

  • Implementation PMI

Based on the principles of the Project Management Institute, this methodology is designed for companies with highly defined organizational procedures that are not expected to change—at least in the short term. It requires a high degree of system customization to match the company’s specific operations before the system can be launched.

The solution is built on clear, predefined requirements, thoroughly documented in a Requirements Report and a Technical Proposal approved by the client. Task execution is predictable, guided by a structured timeline. The project follows a waterfall approach, ensuring that no open points remain before moving on to the next stage.

It’s important to note that, unlike with Agile, the client begins using the software only in the later stages of the project.

Upgrades

Unlike other enterprise software, our systems do not require adjustments or reimplementation to install each new version, making it very easy to upgrade to the latest release without delays or additional costs.

Version upgrades for any of our systems do not require hours of work or reimplementation of customizations to keep them functioning after each upgrade.
The right to use every upgrade is included in the base subscription, and NeuralSoft schedules and performs the installations at a date and time agreed upon with the client. This means there is no need to contract additional hours, nor does it cause any delays or extra effort for the client to benefit from new technological, functional, and regulatory features.

This is one of the major differences in the user experience of our software over time and represents significant savings in ongoing maintenance costs compared to other solutions.
