Few people can say they had a business vision at the age of 14—and actually made it happen. Successfully.
Gustavo Viceconti is one of them.
Fueled by a passion for technology, he started learning to code at a very young age. What began as a game soon turned into something more—he was creating his own video games. Mixing work with play, he also taught computer classes at Mini Comp, in his hometown of Rosario.
A year later, his entrepreneurial spirit led him and his uncle to create “Todo Computación”, pioneering the sale of personal computers.
In 1989, when he was nineteen, Gustavo founded NeuralSoft. His dream: a company that could simplify the management of businesses and increase their profits.
As a true leader, he knew the fastest way to make his dream a reality was to build a strong team. So he surrounded himself with professionals who shared his passion and his drive to grow every day.
In 2000, NeuralSoft became the first Argentine provider of cloud-based ERP software.
NeuralSoft later created its own programming language, FastPrg, which enables development 20 to 50 times faster than other languages. Using this language, NeuralSoft developed MyLogic, its latest and most disruptive ERP system.
Today, the company invests more than 18% of its turnover in research and development, incorporating continuous improvements in its products. This has turned NeuralSoft into the most advanced Management Software Development Center in Argentina, with a team of more than 270 professionals, presence throughout the country and one of the five largest networks of geographical points interconnected online.
None of this would have been possible without passion.
The strategic decision by its founder to invest year after year in research and development, state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, highly skilled professionals, and talent development aligned with the company’s values today translates into the consolidation of a company that grows and is trusted by more than 700 clients.
It is the only ERP software provider in Argentina with its own data centers and the only one that guarantees, together with the software, unlimited hardware resources necessary for optimal performance.
